EVERYTHING AT THE RIGHT TIME

Everything in its own time. And only in its time.

In our kitchen we process mainly seasonal basic products from the region. Our large vegetable garden provides our guests with fresh vegetables, crunchy fruit and fine herbs all year round.

We are particularly concerned with the honest and respectful treatment of food and its sustainable use. Already in spring we harvest the various kitchen herbs, from June the lettuce and vegetables are ready, in July begins the apricot and fruit harvest, until in autumn with the pumpkins the season ends.
